Before...

...after!

On the 16th and 17th September 2006, work began to clear the Victorian Pond

situated in the north western edge of Catton Park.  This is a man-made brick

lined pond that formed part of the original Park.

Many years of neglect has resulted in a heavily over-grown and silted "feature".

The task fell to the Old Catton Explorers under the guidance of the Norwich

Fringe Project and the new Catton Park warden to start the clearance work.
