Salary £16 - £19k + £4000 salary enhancement or rent

Catton Park is an innovative and exciting long term
project. The vision is to
restore a 70 acre, 18th century Reptonian park into a
pleasant and managed public
green space that benefits and educates the community.
We are looking for someone who shares our passion and
ambitions for this project.
To be successful you will have sound woodland and
grassland management knowledge,
demonstrated through a relevant qualification and
ideally supported by 2 years
countryside experience. Your practical skills
should include brush cutting, use of
chainsaws and preferably pesticides. Key
elements of the job will include developing
and maintaining a good partnership with the local
community and effectively
communicating your enthusiasm and knowledge to a
range of audiences including
schools and volunteers.
Your flexibility will also be key as there will be
some weekend and evening work and
the Park will be open to the public at all times.
