A public
meeting was held on December 8th 2003 in St Margaret's
Church Hall
where the Catton Park Steering Group outlined the their
proposals.
The purpose of the meeting was to enlist public debate and to
seek any final
views that may be fed into the proposal before it is
submitted to the
Heritage Lottery Fund towards the end of March 2004.
Over 100 people
attended the public meeting and some 'lively' debate took
place during the
ensuing three hours.
