Have you heard about Catton Park?

Did you know you have a peaceful open space on your doorstep?

Catton Park is an important historic private park which was designed more

than 200 years ago by the famous landscape designer Humphry Repton.

There is now an opportunity to restore it and open it as an park for the local

community.  As part of the preparation of a Conservation Management Plan,

there will be two major events at the following venues:

9th and 10th May at The Pavilion, Recreation Ground, Old Catton

and

16th and 17th May at Oak Grove Chapel, 70 Catton Grove Road

(opening times for both venues: Friday 10am to 8pm, Saturday 10am to 1pm)

You are invited to come along and meet the consultants and members of the

Steering Group. This is your opportunity to tell us what you think about the park

and how you would like it to develop. We want to hear from as many people as

possible and will be using your ideas to develop the plan.

A questionnaire will be available for you to fill in on the day or take away.

We look forward to meeting you in May.
